Glencoe, White Corries, is about 25 minutes from the cottage. It has new owners and opened again at Christmas. Check the snow conditions before you leave. Season may be December to May, nominally, but February and March are best.
The Fly Paper is the steepest black run in Scotland, plus off piste, but it also has four Green and 6 Blue runs for youngsters and beginners. There are plenty of Freestyle Boarding runs at all levels. Full day lift pass £24, under 18s £16. Full day family (2+2) £64. 01855 851 226
